A tribute to the hexagonal drum pads from the 1980’s, the Drum armchair by Mac Stopa is an astonishing burst of energy. The sculptural design makes it suitable as sole protagonist or co-star, in combination with multiple pieces to create modular seating areas ideal for animating large spaces.

The key piece of a range (that also includes a small armchair and poufs in two sizes), Drum armchair is made of multi-density polyurethane foam for maximum comfort without compromising its strong visual impact.

The upholstery proposed by Mac Stopa and Cappellini for the armchair and the two poufs include a stretch fabric with an 3D optical pattern: a motif derived from a geometrical tessellate pattern. The Drum armchair is also available in a selection of fabrics and leathers from the collection.
